Case study
New build finish
The brief
A small developer needed three new build homes boarded, plastered and ready for decorators on a tight programme.
What we did
We worked room by room behind the first fix, taping and skimming boards, then returned for a second pass on any shrinkage once the plaster had cured.
The result
All three homes handed over on schedule with flat, decorator-ready walls and ceilings.
